Jelani has developed enhanced leadership characteristics from his collegiate experience at UNLV, six-plus years of event planning/hosting and also volunteer experience with nonprofit and charity partnerships. As the Director of Customer Experience, Jelani has been able to use his ability to connect on a personal level with customers and his understanding of data-driven trends to learn what Unity customers find most important about their festival planning experience.
